Planning

Planning is crucial for me to keep my sanity.

Working Full Time, looking after the girls and keeping our home in order makes for one very busy mama (and Daddy of course!). So here's one way I keep on top of breakfast...





I pre-make and freeze around 6 or 7 bags at a time and here's what's in them:

2 Stalks of Kale
1 Stalk of Celery
1 Apple (skin on)
1 Handful of Spinach Leaves
Ginger to taste

Then in the morning i empty a bag into the Thermomix (you can use a blender instead), add a tablespoon of coconut or flax-seed oil, around a cup of water and a handful of frozen blueberries.

Mix on Speed 8 for 2 minutes or until you reach your preferred drinking consistency.
